A LIFELONG JOURNEY<\/h4>\n

The best education gets to the depth of who we are<\/u> as we are learning all along the way. This points to a key – a cornerstone of lifelong learning: to strengthen these foundations of character growth and integrity in each of us, regardless of age or position. Though the foundation of a building may not be visible, this foundation of character can clearly be seen. It is a pillar of strength<\/u> \u2013 of PURPOSE that inspires and energizes us to focus and give our BEST effort each day. Can you imagine the value of such growth in your educational community?<\/p>\n

“MY CHARACTER IN ACTION!” (MCA) builds this lifelong strength of character and supports English literacy in an engaging, arts-based way. It is ACTIVE LEARNING which promotes social interaction and teamwork as it builds brain power, physical strength, and coordination. The Rondo Music Method makes learning fun and easy to remember \u2013 motivating ACTIONS that develop the good habits of life.<\/p>\n

MCA Video Training begins with these personal qualities in action:
\n\u201cI Am Responsible.\u201d \u201cI Am Growing.\u201d \u201cI Guard the Gates.\u201d \u201cI Respect Myself and Others.\u201d
\n\u201cWith Courage, I Persevere!\u201d<\/p>\n

Videos in four chapters show progressive character growth. Personal<\/u> and Interpersonal<\/u> Skills<\/u> mature through character-building Cooperative Play<\/u> to become highly valued character traits<\/em> in the Workplace<\/u> \u2013 keys to personal and professional success!<\/p>\n

This learning approach is so interactive and helps to build skills that are valuable in any setting\u2026 with young children to senior adults!<\/p>\n

Here are some thoughts on ways “MY CHARACTER IN ACTION!” may be used to inspire and motivate character growth throughout the community:<\/p>\n

1. Schools<\/u>: Early Intervention; K-12, MCA Video Training and Participation in Regular Classes, PE, ESOL, SPED, EIP, and Mentoring
\n2. After School Programs<\/u>: Boys\/Girls Club, Sports\/Cheer, Summer School\/Camps

\n4. Employee Training<\/u>: Retail, Food Service, Child Care, Health Care, Office, Hotel
\n5. College and Career<\/u>: Personal Growth, Professional Development and Leadership Training
