Power Phonics extends the conceptual learning of Wisdom for Little Lambs, using a higher level of natural learning as its structure. It teaches beginning phonics (initial consonants and short vowel sounds) with songs for each letter of the alphabet, as well as a title song. Organized around themes, the songs not only are fun, but carry a deeper meaning to learning the alphabet. Your young children will listen, learn simple sign language and act out these letter songs over and over. Such repetition is vital to building skills for beginning reading.
